O2X1 Galvanic Fuel Cell O2 Transmitter
O2X1
The O2X1 is a small, two-wire, loop-powered oxygen transmitter with an advanced galvanic fuel-cell sensor and linear output. It is certified as intrinsically safe and weatherproof to NEC and CENELEC codes.

Besides the standard stainless steel version, the O2X1 is also available in two other packages:

* The first package is a lower-cost package using Delrin for the wetted parts of the transmitter. This package has the same 1/8 in (3.175 mm) NPTF processes connections as the standard stainless steel O2X1 and is suitable for all ranges except the lowest PPM oxygen range.

* The second package makes the Delrin design suitable for ambient air oxygen monitoring by providing a diffusion cut-out in the lower manifold to expose the sensor. This package comeswith an aluminum mounting bracket for mounting the O2X1 to any convenient wall location.

Features
  • Measures oxygen from 1.0 ppm to 25 percent
  • Six field-programmable ranges
  • Repeatability ± 1 percent of span
  • Self-contained cell requires no maintenance
  • 4 to 20 mA, loop powered, 9 to 28 VDC
XMO2 Thermoparamagnetic O2 Transmitter
XMO2
The XMO2 transmitter provides computer-enhanced, drift-free oxygen measurement in a compact, rugged, online transmitter. It can be used wherever accurate and reliable long-term oxygen measurement is critical to process and product quality. This includes inerting/blanketing liquid storage tanks, reactor feed gases, flare gas, catalyst regeneration, oxygen purity and many other applications.
Features
  • Measures oxygen from 0.01 to 100 percent in gases.
  • No moving parts; maintenance-free
  • Corrosion-resistant design
  • Automatic background-gas compensation
  • Use as stand-alone transmitter or in conjuction with TMO2D or XDP display packages
APX Advanced Paramagnetic Analyzer
APX
The APX advanced paramagnetic oxygen analyzer combines the benefits of the GE Panametrics XMO2 and TMO2 thermoparamagnetic transmitters with advanced background compensation features that allow the analyzer to operate in applications with widely varying, defined or undefined hydrocarbon background gases. This makes the APX an ideal choice for applications such as barge loading, flare gas, vapor recovery, refinery gas and tanker off-loading.
Features
  • Measures oxygen from 0.1 to 25 percent in gases
  • No moving parts; maintenance-free
  • Corrosion-resistant design
  • Automatic background-gas compensation
  • Automatic process pressure compensation
XMTC Thermal Conductivity Transmitter
XMTC
The XMTC Thermal Conductivity Transmitter is suitable for thermal conductivity analysis of hydrogen and other gases.
Features
  • Optimized reaction processes
  • Improved effi ciency and increased process up-time
  • Greater safety assurance
  • Reduced total cost of ownership
  • Reduced installation cost for hazardous area locations
  • Remote monitoring
TMO2-TC Thermal Conductivity Transmitter
XDP Explosion-Proof Display/Power Supply
XDP
The XDP display package provides a microprocessor-based, explosion-proof control platform for the XMO2 thermo paramagnetic oxygen transmitter, the XMTC thermal conductivity transmitter or any other 4-20mA output transmitter.

The rugged XDP display/controller is microprocessor-based and certified to Class 1, Division1, Groups B,C,D and ATEX EEx d IIC T6. Most importantly, the unit features an infrared, thru-glass touch keypad, which allows complete access to all of the XDP user programmable features including output type, range selection, automatic calibration, and error handling. The IR keypad feature allows field engineers to interact with the analyzer through the front display without the need of opening the enclosure and thus avoiding the need for traditional hot work permits.

Features
  • Explosion-proof display/controller
  • Compatible with XMO2 oxygen transmitter, XMTC thermal conductivity gas transmitter or any 4-20mA output transmitter
  • Universal input power supply
  • IR through-the-glass keypad
  • Fault alarm
  • Auto-calibration alarm relays available for general applications
  • Optional software specifically designed for use with the XMTC for hydrogen analysis on hydrogen cooled generator applications. Measure all three gas cycles for hydrogen cooled generators:
  • 0 to 100 percent hydrogen in air
  • 0 to 100 percent hydrogen in carbon dioxide
  • 0 to 100 percent air in carbon dioxide
