ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

This has been an ongoing effort for the last four years.  As you may appreciate, this page, and its links, represent many months of work.  In fact - hundreds of separate pages have been created.  However, the response has been overwhelming and we have had hundreds of thousands of viewers from over fifty countries.  Thank You ! ! !

I personally am still struggling with English and speak none of the other languages which are included.  The additions have come from; people like yourself, other web sites, various organizations, embassies, government and religious organizations, etc., throughout the world.  Although substantial effort is made to assure the greetings are correct, we can't vouch for the accuracy. 

In compiling this work I have borrowed generously from far too many places to allow mention.  Certainly, if any of the data, images, statistics, or other information has been included without permission - I apologize & would be pleased to modify per request.  In spite of the preceding, it would be grossly unfair not to acknowledge the information which has been liberally 'borrowed' from the Summer Institute of Linguistics - Wow, what a site.
