Cornish
Cornish is a language which crrently has no mother tongue speakers and only a few hundred fluent users. It is a Celtic language very closely related to Welsh & Breton.

The Cornish are a Celtic people, in ancient times the Westernmost kingdom of the Dumnonii, the people who inhabited all of Cornwall, Devon and West Somerset.  Having been near extinction, there is now a resurgence in its use.
