Konkani
Konkani is the language spoken by
the people who are predominantly found in Goa and the stretch of land along the
Arabian Sea on the western side of the Deccan Peninsula which has been referred
to as Konkan. There are 2,000,000 speakers in all countries. Nearly all
are in India, with a few in Kenya and the United Arab Emirates.
