Kyrghyz
(Kirghiz) is the national language of the Republic of Kyrghyz. It is an
Altaic language spoken by a total of 2,500,000 in what is the former USSR.
The majority of the speakers are in Kyrghyzstan with smaller numbers in; China,
Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Turkey and Kazakhstan.
