Palaun
Palaun is an Austronesian
language spoken by the residents of the Republic of Palau. The language is
also spoken in Guam and is now the national language of Palau. This was a
former American Trust territory and therefore the use of English is quite
common. The number of speakers is probably less than 20,000.
