The people, and the language, started in
Central Europe and there are still 500,000 first language speakers in
Romania. For that reason, it is the only flag and map shown.
However, if done correctly, we would include scores of flags and maps. The
Romany people have spread and wandered throughout Europe and the Americas.
As they moved, more terms and words were acquired and dialects developed.
How interesting it would be to dedicate a site to the people, their culture and
language(s).
