PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Electronic Funds Transfer  & Checks (payable in US$). Our bank is City National Bank - Long Beach, CA USA - Account#: 041-400935 - Routing#: 122016066 - Federal ID#: 95-2748660. Established accounts may place your order on open account by selecting the Purchase Order payment method and providing a company purchase order number. Payment terms for open accounts are Net 30 Days. Qualified domestic businesses may open an account with FLW, Inc. by faxing your corporate credit information to our Accounts Receivable Department for review.  Please allow several additional days to establish credit.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Immediately following receipt of your order, a confirmation will be emailed to the address you have provided.  Should you have any questions, either email to the address shown or call our toll free number for assistance.
 
 

SHIPPING METHODS & CHARGES - SALES TAX

Your order can be shipped via any method you specify.  Inasmuch as the shipping methods vary substantially, we are not able to provide precise shipping costs until you have provided your directions.  Upon receipt of your order, you will be advised via return e-mail of the exact charge prior to processing of your order

Sales tax will be charged to California customers unless we have a special taxing or tax exemption certificate on file from your company. No sales tax will be added for orders outside this area. International customers are responsible for any duty, tax or tariff imposed by your destination country.

WARRANTY,  PRODUCT RETURNS & PRODUCT LIABILITY

All our products are major brands for whom we are an authorized distributor.  Each product carries the manufacturer's warranty.  FLW accepts no product liability as we do not produce these products.  Where applicable, limited liability (usually limited to replacement of defective product) may be accepted by the manufacturer.

Prior to returning any product, please contact us to receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.  This will allow us to provide you with shipping instructions, track your return and  to respond to your request efficiently. Product returned without prior authorization may be rejected.
